1. About Packmoq

Packmoq is an online supplier of custom packaging products and printing services.

We are packaging your design, printing the job, and delivering the same to you based on the details you provide.

When you place an order with us, you also confirm that the information you have provided is accurate, including details, artwork, and designs.

2. Use of the Website

The use of our website is permitted for your personal and business purposes. You agree that you will not engage in any illegal or harmful activity while using our site. You are not allowed to duplicate, alter, or reuse any part of the content, codes, or images of this site unless you have received written permission from Packmoq.

3. Account and User Information

If you decide to register an account, then provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are the only one who should be in charge of your account, and therefore, it is your responsibility to keep all the account details, such as passwords, safe. Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account are not Packmoq’s responsibility.

4. Order Process

All orders must be made through online submissions on our website. You are required to review your order in detail before final confirmation. Once your order is placed and approved, you cannot change or cancel it, as production will be initiated immediately. Providing correct artwork, design files, size, colour, and text details is solely your responsibility.

Packmoq will provide you with a digital proof before actual printing. You are required to provide printing clearance by signing the provided proof copy. If there is a text, colour, or layout issue and you have given clearance for the print, Packmoq cannot be held accountable.

5. Payment Terms

Any price shown on our website is in USD unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required for the production of your order. The Packmoq team accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment methods listed on the site. We do not store your card information for any purpose. All payments are made securely and processed through reliable payment gateways.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Packmoq offers both standard and expedited shipping methods. The delivery days are estimates and therefore not binding, as carriers may experience delays due to bad weather, customs, or other factors. Once the shipment has left our facility, Packmoq will not be held responsible for any delays.

If an order is damaged or destroyed during shipping, you must notify us with pictures and proof of damage within 7 working days so we can address the issue. After we have gone through the matter, we may resolve it by sending a replacement of the goods or, in some cases, part of the money as a ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌refund.

7.‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Returns and Refunds

Since our items are custom-made and printed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has been initiated. If Packmoq makes a printing or production error, we will have the affected items reprinted. To request a reprint, you must contact us within 7 working days of delivery and send us a proof (photos or video). Packmoq might also require you to return the defective products before a reprint is issued.

8. Colour and Printing Accuracy

Any digital proof is made using the colours displayed on the screen, and the colours may appear different in the final print. Packmoq cannot guarantee that the colors on the proof and those on the finished print will match. Minor differences in hue or brightness are common and should not be considered a printing mistake.

9. Intellectual Property

All the logos, designs, graphics, and content available on this website are either the intellectual property of Packmoq or that of its licensors. Without our written consent, you are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or use any of these materials for your commercial gain. If you send an artwork or a design to Packmoq, you warrant that you are the owner of the rights or you have been permitted to use them.

Packmoq will not be liable to indemnify you for any breach of copyright or trademark that may arise from the use of customer-provided artwork.

10. Customer Artwork and Content

You should take care of the design files and artworks you upload. We might not print artwork that we find offensive, illegal, or that infringes on someone’s copyright. Packmoq reserves the right to terminate these orders without prior notification to the customer. Unless you give a written instruction to the contrary, you permit Packmoq to use images of your final product for promotional and portfolio purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Packmoq will not be held responsible for any indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of our goods or website. Our total liability will be limited to the total monetary value of the order you have placed. In no event shall Packmoq be liable for losses of business, profits, or goodwill resulting from late or incorrect deliveries.

12. Force Majeure

If there are delays or failures in Packmoq’s performance due to circumstances beyond our control, we are not to be held accountable. These situations are, among others, natural disasters, strikes, wars, power outages, or difficulties at the suppliers’ end.

13. Site Content and Accuracy

Packmoq does everything it can to ensure the information on its website is accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that the product details, costs, or availability will be error-free. We can fix errors or update the information we provide at any time, without prior notice.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy very seriously. The personal data Packmoq collects is used solely for order processing and service facilitation. 15. Governing Law

These terms are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the rules of conflict of laws. Any legal issues arising from these terms are to be dealt with in the courts of that particular State.

16. Termination

In the event of a violation of these terms, Packmoq may at any time revoke or discontinue your right of access to the website. You are also free to discontinue using our services at any time by closing your account.
