We allow returns within 5 days of purchase. In case of return, your item has to be new, in the same condition as when you got it, and in its original packaging.
We will let you know the refund status after we get and check your returned merchandise. If the refund is approved, the money will be sent back to the account used for the payment. It is important to note that the shipping cost for the original purchase is not refundable.
In case you want to exchange your product for a new one with a different size, color, or style, please get in touch with our customer support team at info@packmoq.com within three days after receiving your parcel. We will help you by providing directions to complete your exchange.
