Delivery Information

At PackMoq, we know how important fast and safe delivery is for your business. Whether you order a few boxes or a large batch, we make sure your order reaches you on time. We offer three delivery options based on how soon you need your boxes.

1. Fast Delivery (5–7 Business Days)

The Fast Delivery option is the perfect solution if you are in need of your boxes within a short time frame. After the final confirmation of your design, your order will be prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. This service is awesome for rush projects or urgent restocks. Additional fees are charged for faster processing and shipping.

2. Standard Delivery (10–14 Business Days)

Standard Delivery is the most suitable option for the majority of customers. It gives a good balance between the delivery time and the price. Your custom boxes will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days after approval. This option is great for small and medium-sized businesses that have planned their orders ahead.

3. Bulk Delivery (25–35 Business Days)

We provide a Bulk Delivery option for local or wholesale orders only. Such orders require around 25 to 35 business days for the completion and shipping of products. The extended period allows for better pricing and more careful handling of larger quantities.

Worldwide Shipping

We accept orders from any place in the world and deliver accordingly. The delivery time depends on the location of the recipient. Some countries may impose customs fees or taxes that the buyer must bear. Make sure that your country allows imports of our products before placing an order.

Tracking and Damaged Packages

Once the order is sent, a tracking number will be emailed, allowing you to track the delivery progress. In the event of a damaged delivery, please get in touch with the shipping company to initiate a claim. Do not open or damage the packaging, and keep the products until the claim has been processed.
