The objective of this Shipping Policy is to inform you about our procedures in response to customer orders in processing, production, and delivery.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, our production and fulfillment process begins. The estimated delivery date depends on two factors:
Once your order enters production, the processing time remains fixed, and please note that billing charges are non-refundable after confirmation.
We offer multiple production turnaround options to meet your schedule and budget. However, availability may vary based on the type of product you order. You will see all applicable options during checkout.
Your order is produced and shipped within 12 to 15 business days after final approval of your design proof.
For urgent projects, we offer an express service with delivery within 8 to 12 business days after your final design approval.
Please note: Weekends, public holidays, and shipping carrier delays may affect delivery times.
We do our best to pack your items securely for safe delivery. However, Packmoq cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, or damages caused during shipment once your order has left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all original packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is fully resolved.
If you need help contacting the carrier, our support team will gladly assist you in the claim process.

However, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If your order requires customs clearance, you may be contacted by the local customs office to pay the required fees before your package is released.
For any shipment investigations or returns to our facility, you may be asked to sign an Authorization Form to process the request.
When an order is shipped, an email confirming the shipment will be sent to you, including your tracking number and a link to view the shipment status. Tracking updates are entirely dependent on the provider and may not appear for 24-48 hours after dispatch.
We cannot guarantee that the weather will always be good, that there will be no delays at customs or that the carriers will not be disrupted, and as a consequence, the delivery times may be affected. Packmoq is not liable for delays resulting from situations beyond our control, but, we will always do our utmost to keep you informed and offer you our help.
